Yes. The flashcards cover the national concepts tested on every state's exam, which is roughly 70 to 80% of your test. At checkout you pick your state, and every order includes a PDF covering the remaining 20 to 30%: your state's laws, rules, and regulations.

We cover all 50 states plus Washington, DC.

No. This is a study supplement designed to work alongside your state-required pre-licensing course. It distills what the exam actually tests so you can drill it in short sessions instead of re-reading a 900-page textbook.

Flip through the cards in 5 to 15 minute sessions: at the kitchen table, in the car line, on a lunch break. Read the front, answer out loud or in your head, then flip to check.

After each chapter, work through the review questions and re-drill whatever you missed. The 41 math problems are worked step by step; do them until the method is automatic.

Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Most orders within the United States arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take a few days longer.

Your state PDF and any digital guides are emailed after checkout, so you can start studying before the box arrives. See our full shipping policy.

If you buy the Complete Success Bundle, study with it, and don't pass your licensing exam, we'll refund your full purchase price. Here's how it works:

• Time window: submit your claim within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Proof: send us the official failed score report from your testing provider.
• How to claim: email info@reiqeducation.com with your order number and your score report.
• What you get back: the full price you paid for the bundle, refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Shipping was already free, and you keep the flashcards. Nothing to send back.

The guarantee applies to the Complete Success Bundle only. Flashcards Only orders are covered by our standard 30-day return policy below.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the flashcards must be unused and in their original packaging, and you'll need your order number or receipt.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Full details are in our refund policy.

After checkout you may be offered optional digital add-ons, such as the Pocket Flashcards Digital Companion (every card from your physical set on your phone) and the Real Estate Exam Cram Schedule (a day-by-day study plan built around your exam date). These are delivered by email.

The Complete Success Bundle's 5 digital guides and your state-specific PDF are also delivered by email after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see them within a few minutes.

Thousands of students have studied with it, and it holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating. If you choose the Complete Success Bundle, you're also backed by our pass-or-full-refund guarantee.
